But we can go awhile without really talking or hanging out and when we get back together we pick up right where we left off. Rylen is one that I can trust with any secret and know it's safe; go to for advice and know that she'll give me good advice, not just what I want to hear. You see, she's real. And real friends are hard to come by.
She's married now. And it's been an adjustment for me. Now I have to compete with her husband for time. And, rightfully so, 8 times out of 10 he wins.
That's ok though. That's how it should be really.
I do get jealous sometimes though.
Ok, I get jealous most of the time.
But then I remember that someday, God willing, I'll be in the same situation and my husband will come first above friends.
And then Rylen and I will get together and laugh about all of our adventures along the way.

I think you were laughing because you were a little tipsy. If I'm correct in the time line this was after the party bus.
I beg your pardon! I was completely sober during this time. I waited until after the wedding ceremony to get...tipsy... :)
You better watch it. I have pictures of you...tipsy...from last week...
