I could eat nothing but ... for a year

Ice cream. No, maybe not. Cereal, but it would have to vary; it couldn't be the same cereal for the year. Garlic bread, but then I'd have garlic breath all the time.

Hummm...

Pineapple. No. Cake. Or not.

What is nutritiously sound and well balanced but also tastes good enough to eat all year?

Dangit! I was reading the question wrong. One type of CUISINE.

That's easy. Mexican.
